According to a Hearst Magazines Digital Media spokesperson, Cosmopolitan plans to launch their mobile Web site on October 4th. The new site will have "some pretty delightful features that fit perfectly with the Cosmopolitan demographic and the girl on the go." Here are some of the new features, as told by the press release:

- Dude Decoder: the ultimate body language guide to
find out what he's really thinking...

- 100 Hot Cities: the fun places to play for Cosmo girls

- Cosmo Cocktails: recipes on the run

- Fake Calls: a service that calls your cell phone
and provides you with excuses to get out of a bad date
