Ramble On--Verizon Wireless Snags Led Zep Exclusive
All of this is good timing for the group, given their recently announced reunion tour with the three surviving members along with original drummer John Bonham's son Jason. As the article points out, this only leaves The Beatles and Garth Brooks as bigger-selling acts that still haven't made their music available digitally. This marks the second rock act coup for Verizon Wireless. A few months ago, the carrier signed AC/DC for an exclusive digital download deal. That agreement was much more far-reaching, as it prevents any other online music store from offering AC/DC's music for the foreseeable future.
