Israeli mobile Internet services start-up Logia Group has launched 8hands Mobile, a new application that makes it easy to connect to all your PC-based social networks from a mobile phone. The mobile app, an extension of the company's 8hands desktop social network aggregation tool, delivers real-time notifications from most social networks to a single entry point on a cell phone.

Other features include real-time content from all your blogs and feeds, a unified address book and a "Social Speed Dial" tab for quick access to your top friends.
