Following a recent reorganization at Condé Nast, Mary Berner has announced her resignation as group president of Fairchild Publications. She will leave Fairchild at the end of January, Mediaweek reported this afternoon.

Mitch Fox, president of the Golf Digest group, will replace Berner. He is responsible for W, the bridal group, and the newly named Fashion and Retail Trade Group, which includes WWD, Footware News, et al.

The Condé Nast Publications Monster continues to eat every magazine in its path—now Jane, Details, and Cookie will move out from under the Fairchild umbrella.
