Breaking: North Korea Pardons Current TV Journalists

current0804.jpgBreaking: North Korean leader Kim Jong Il issued a "special pardon" to Current TV reporters Laura Ling and Euna Lee and has ordered them released, The Associated Press reports. The decision comes less than 24 hours after Bill Clinton arrived in North Korea as a special U.S. envoy to discuss the women's fate. Ling and Lee had been imprisoned there since March.
