Longtime New Yorker Writer on Journalism's Future

Today's guest on the Morning Media Menu was journalism professor, longtime New Yorker staff writer, and author Lawrence Weschler--talking about the future of literary journalism.

This week Weschler will help lead a free NYC symposium about the uncertain future of long-form, creative nonfiction in an age of blogs and shrinking magazine budgets. We also discussed an upcoming New Yorker issue sponsored by a bank and the Weschler's 1994 profile of director Roman Polanski.
