First on TVNewser: It's official: Dylan Ratigan is staying with NBC. The former CNBC anchor, who disappeared from the air in March, will begin anchoring MSNBC's 9-11amET hours on June 29. One insider told TVNewser that NBC "moved heaven and earth to keep him in the fold."
