The Facebook IPO was today's big conversation topic, with many debating whether they should invest in the now-public company. In a chat with Shira Lazar, Tumblr CEO and founder David Karp and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian shared their reasons why they will or will not invest in the social media network. The death of singer Donna Summer is being remembered on the cable news channels this afternoon. Summer, known as the Queen of Disco for her songs, including "Last Dance," "Hot Stuff" and "I Feel Love," shared her own playlist with ABC's Nightline a few years ago. TVNewser has the video.

First on TVNewser: CNN is planning to launch a new feature film banner called CNN Films that will develop "tentpole" non-fiction films for television and theatrical release. The plan is for CNN Films to pursue well-known, distinguished documentarians and filmmakers, who will produce the features.
