WSJ Launches Streaming Mobile Video Site (FishbowlNY)
The Wall Street Journal has launched a mobile news video site called WorldStream. The site features video footage that is shot on smartphones by reporters from all of the Dow Jones' brands. WorldStream is overseen by WSJ editorial video director Shawn Bender and real-time video deputy Mark Scheffler.

For more than a century, the paper was actually the St. Petersburg Times. But in an environment that has led newspapers such as the New Orleans Times-Picayune to cut back printing to three days a week from seven, the Times' owner decided to invest in rebranding and remarketing. Now as the country focuses on Tampa, the new identity is getting its broader debut.
