Creationist vs. Atheist YouTube War Marks New Breed of Copyright Claim (Wired)
A dispute between an atheist group and a creationist group over some postings on YouTube has critics of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act crying foul. They say it's a new and inappropriate use of DMCA, which is becoming a frequent weapon in nasty political and cultural battles.
Candidates Stick to Traditional Media (AdWeek)
Political candidates from both parties are demonstrating a stubborn devotion to traditional media, along with a cautious streak that is holding them back from embracing the Web as an outlet for political ad dollars, according to a group of panelists. Despite Americans' rapidly changing media habits, the panelists predicted that most spending will remain on TV and other tried and true outlets.
