The person in this position will work with the existing sales team, visit accounts and actively develop business to drive new revenue at every possible juncture. This person should be familiar with media sales organizations, advertising operations and the challenges inherent in both. They should have a 'can do' attitude and experience in solving those issues as needed. Strong communications skills, a willingness to work with the resources on hand, the ability to cultivate accounts, as well as educate every step along the way, are a must.
