Job Requirements Attain individual sales targets (proactive and reactive) and growth by securing revenue from existing/new direct clients and regional/local media agencies.
Grow national/regional account base (agency & direct) to meet/exceed targets.
Build Eye Corp profile within media and creative agencies at all levels and ensure strong, long-term relationships are created and maintained.
Report internally on agency revenue and general activity.
Prepare a business plan focused on sales activity and revenue targets; report results monthly.
Utilize strong negotiation skills.
Conduct comprehensive account planning to ensure a continuous active call cycle.
Leverage CRM system (e.g., Salesforce.com) to track/report activity details and plans by client, estimated value and propensity to book.
Deliver outstanding and ongoing service (through frequent face-to-face interaction) to specialists, agencies and clients to maintain solid relationships.
Keep abreast of agency personnel and movements within the general marketplace.
Prepare targeted, well-researched, innovative and relevant proposals.
Provide a quick and efficient turnaround with briefs and client/agency requests.
Research client objectives to effectively present relevant proposals.
Execute a professional, timely approach with regard to all internal/external requests and communications (written and verbal).
Strong strategic and analytical thinker who is able to work both independently and within a team.
Driven and energetic multi-tasker that enjoys a fast-paced and goal-oriented atmosphere.
Knowledge of media planning and buying processes within the OOH industry, mall media and competitive marketplace is a plus.
Established track record in new business development and proactive selling with direct clients and advertising/media agencies.
Experience in prospecting/pitching leads, following up and closing.
Expertise in negotiating rates, creating proposals and successfully closing deals.
Good executive relationship building skills over a wide range of constituents media agencies, mall partners, Eye executives, etc.
Strong contact base with media agency and direct advertiser clients is a plus.
Ability to develop strong relationships with new clients, existing customers, and employees of all levels.
MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) proficiency required.
College degree or equivalent required.
Must have dedicated home-based work areas as well as own car.
Fluency in Spanish as well as knowledge of the Hispanic Advertising Agencies in Miami is beneficial.
The role will require some travel.
