We are a fast paced, high energy public relations agency specializing in the beauty and lifestyle arena and we're looking for a self-motivated, pro-active Junior Account Executive (JAE) to join our dynamic team. The JAE will have the opportunity to work on several well-known beauty brands and report directly to the team's Senior Account Executive.
Responsibilities include:
1) Assembling mailings and arranging delivery to clients, media outlet etc.
2) Assisting in creating written materials including fact sheets, press releases and pitches
3) Preparing media charts
4) Organizing meetings
5) Event planning
6) Media pitching and tracking
7) Coordinate event logistics
8) Assistance with planning for PR strategy
