Job Requirements Camron PR is seeking a full-time office manager/administrative assistant for its New York office. This is a great opportunity to work with a global PR agency, based in Soho with offices in London and San Francisco.

We are looking for a polished, professional and organized person who has superb communication skills. Camron is a fast moving agency, which requires someone to be incredibly organized, to pay close attention to detail and take the initiative.

Your role will be to oversee the office, manage “front of house”, welcome guests, answer the phone and provide support for daily administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be our internal liaison with our London and San Francisco offices, which is a unique opportunity.

Duties will include traditional reception and office management duties, including, but not limited to:

• Reception duties- meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, organize meetings, book conference rooms and reservations
• Coordinate Head of Camron New York’s diary
• Oversee mail, deliveries and couriers
• Organize all flights and travel bookings for US personnel
• IT coordinator - liaising with the London office
• General finance including control of expenses, purchase orders etc.
• General office admin
• Liaise with all external vendors and services
• General office maintenance

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum 1 – 2 years work experience; Excellent general IT skills (competent with all Microsoft Office programs).
