-Strong oral and written communication skills, proven ability to influence others internally and externally
-Track record of managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
-Experience with major display network providers
-A passion for design and a good understanding of why an ad makes people respond

You should have proven analytical skills, and be adept at media buying. You will also help us build goodwill within our industry through your negotiations and business relationships.

4.Media buying/list building
It's a plus if they can recognize and edit great copy
