Job Requirements OUP is looking for a dynamic digital marketing manager with experience in building and growing consumer web sites. The Dictionaries Marketing Manager will be critical in growing ODO traffic, brand, and revenues in the Americas. Strong experience in SEO, SEM, Digital Marketing, Contnet Marketing, and consumer web skills required.

The Dictionaries marketing team is responsible for growing OUP's Dictionary brand and revenue in the Americas. The role has a very strong focus on OxfordDictionaries.com (ODO), OUP's fast growing consumer language web site.

- In concert with Global Dictionary Marketing Strategy, develop and execute ODO's strategy for driving traffic in the US including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Community, Partnerships, etc in the US and the Americas.
- Analyze metrics and data around competition, referrals, SERP, key words, etc to make recommendations to site development and marketing strategy
- Develop America's content marketing strategy to grow engagement and traffic
- Lead select Global ODO initiatives including SEO road-map and Brand story plan
- Responsible for marketing of other Dictionary assets as it fits in with Global Dictionary Marketing strategy
- Manage one marketing coordinator who has a strong emphasis on content creation, curation, and commissioning
- Contribute to larger social media strategy

Experience:
- BA/BS
- A minimum of 5 years in a Digital Marketing role ideally working on consumer web sites.
- Strong SEO, SEM, Social Media, Community Building, and Digital Marketing skills required.
- The ideal candidate is a language enthusiast and has strong writing skills
- Fluency in Spanish would be an added bonus
