Job Requirements The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or other related field, and 3 years experience in design, public relations, or marketing, with a focus on a real estate field preferred.Must be proficient using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., and previous photography experience is preferred. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines in order to balance the needs of all coverage areas.Excellent written communication skills and experience writing for a wide range of audiences and mediaincluding website, e-newsletters, social media.Must also have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with experience in public speaking and event facilitation, and ability to establish effective working relationships with co-workers, partners and customers.Occasional overnight travel is required.
About Our Company CHP is pleased to announce a new position for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to create, implement and coordinate CHP’s marketing, communications, event planning and public relations activities for CHP Realty and Homeownership Centers in two states. This position will be responsible for analyzing markets, creating a market-based promotion solution, and then implementing an effective strategy to increase CHP’s brand visibility in the market, expand CHP Homeownership and Realty services, and successfully marketCHP housing inventory. Duties will include designing, implementing and measuring the success of marketing campaigns for our 3 homeownership/realty locations; creating, updating and maintaining marketing materials and signage; planning, coordinating and photographing homeownership/realty related events and presentations; maintaining web content and advertising; cultivating CHP market presence through speaking engagements, membership in, and networking efforts with local civic groups; providing marketing training for staff;managing marketing budget;and reporting on marketing progress.
