Job Requirements We are seeking a Marketing and Advertising Manager to join our team based in Manhattan. Position is responsible for all marketing and advertising efforts companywide and collaborates with the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director to determine brand implementation across New York, Hamptons and Florida markets. This position also develops marketing programs and systems to support strategic direction of the firm. This position will be instrumental in transforming and building the marketing department into a performance powerhouse in alignment with the demand and growth of the overall business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of in-house ad agency and marketing department.

· Leads media planning, execution of ad campaigns and implementation of advertising strategies company-wide.

· Creates effective marketing platforms, advertising programs, and services to support 2,000 real estate agents and their properties.

· Collaborates with the CMO, Director of Interactive Marketing, and Creative Director to manage and develop online and offline marketing channels and advertising programs.

· Manages and implements Annual Marketing budget.

· Cross-platform integration of marketing and advertising campaigns and initiatives.

· Provides creative direction in development of marketing materials, communications, advertising, and educational materials to facilitate marketing efforts.

· Oversees development of collateral-level copy, supervises design activities, proofs and edits vendor-produced materials.

· Analyzes advantages/disadvantages of specific advertising media and opportunities.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 6-8 years of experience working in print and digital advertising and marketing.

· Creative ability and strong analytical skills.

· Proven track record of developing marketing programs with measurable results.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

· Must be organized and detail-oriented.

· Experience in New York real estate industry preferred.

· Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities.

· Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
