Many PRNewser readers may have noticed that Help a Reporter Out founder and all around man about town Peter Shankman launched a video show this week, “What’s Hot on HARO.”
So, how did Shankman get help to put together the intro / outro for his new show? Twitter, of course.
NYC boutique agency AMP3 landed the job and turned it around in under 24 hours. AMP3′s Dion Roy handled the jingle (composition and production) and after a series of approvals by Shankman, the agency banged out the project – from initial contact with Shankman to completion – in 22 hours, 2 hours under his 24 hour deadline.
“This is the first time we’ve directly won a client through twitter,” said AMP3 Public Relations Partner Alyson Campbell. “We’ve met people through Twitter that have led to things, but never like this.”
