Another celebrity publicist went supernova-orange in the press this weekend with the appearance of Eliot Mintz at Paris Hilton’s 80s themed pre-birthday party. We don’t get it. He looks pretty much like he always looks.
Hired, fired, re-hired by Paris, we’re not really sure at this point.
At 61, Mintz made his PR bones well before the Hiltons were born. The Bronx-born former rock D.J. transitioned in to the business in the 1970s, parlaying friendships with John Lennon and Yoko Ono among others.
According to a 2006 profile in The New York Times, Mintz still wakes up late and lives hard.
Ease up man, we’re cool with you going pale.
