Axl Delivers; Dr. Pepper Pays

It took Axl Rose 17 years to cough up Guns ‘N Roses “Chinese Democracy” so as promised, Dr. Pepper is going to buy America a drink–if only their website worked correctly. At last check, I was able to log on but there was less than three hours to go to sign up.

Meanwhile, the Chinese are keeping GNR in the news by blasting Democracy.
