Bite Communications Completes Acquisition of Upstream Asia

Next Fifteen subsidiary Bite Communications has finalized its acquisition of Upstream Asia, a marketing communications agency with a concentration in Asia-Pacific.

Upstream Asia’s management team will remain in place, with David Ketchum, president, Asia Pacific, joining the Bite Communications Group board and executive vice president Paul Mottram running operations in the region.

Bite will merge their Beijing office with Upstream’s and will add Upstream offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. Bite also gains Upstream clients including Skype and Qantas.
