Drug maker AstraZeneca posted solid Q1 2010 results this past Thursday, despite recently having agreed to pay more than $500 million to settle allegations the company illegally marketed schizophrenia and bipolar disorder drug Seroquel.

Recently, a mental health blog got its hands on the company’s internal media tracking and monitoring database, complete with blog mentions and the company’s internal notes recommending how to address each mention.

The database is from agency v-Fluence, who said the data breach is the result of a hack by the aforementioned mental health blog, something the blogger in question denies.
