Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is almost finished paying off debts from her 2008 presidential campaign. Who is the last vendor to get paid? Penn Schoen & Berland, the polling firm run by Burson-Marsteller CEO Mark Penn.

The campaign’s debt is currently at $995,500, all of which is owed to Penn Schoen & Berland.
