Fast Food Faces More Bad PR After Study Links Fatty Foods to Asthma

An industry that must be already keeping a close eye on First Lady Michelle Obama‘s “Lets Move” anti-obesity campaign now faces more bad press.
A new study by Hunter Medical Research Institute in Australia revealed that asthma patients who ate a high-fat meal had increased inflammation in their airways and decreased lung function.
The results are preliminary and will be presented at this year’s American Thoracic Society’s International Conference, held May 14-19 in New Orleans.
