Camera maker GoPro has pretty much mastered the art of compellingly shareable video clips (remember “man hugging lions“?) that have raised awareness of the brand among audiences that will almost certainly never own a moving-picture-maker that doesn’t live inside a smartphone.
As this “camera falls from plane, lands in pigpen” video made the rounds on Twitter this morning, many wondered: is it a GoPro clip in disguise?
Initially we were like “probably not”, but the YouTuber who uploaded it a couple of days ago identified the brand—and we can’t think of a better way to demonstrate the product’s resilience or its ability to avoid ending up inside a curious pig.
What do we think?
