Justin Bieber and Wal-Mart Are BFFs
Wal-Mart and Justin Bieber have entered into an agreement that will give the retailer holiday season access to items that will surely be on the wish lists of many a shrieking teenage girl. While BrandChannel reports that the Wal-Mart partnership makes a lot of sense for the retailer, there are some odd items on the list of things to come.
Wal-Mart will be the only distributor of Bieber’s new album, My World Acoustics, beginning November 26, a.k.a. Black Friday.
That date will also mark the introduction of the Justin Bieber unisex fragrance inspired by his “My World” tour. The scents will be sold in wristbands and dog tags that are meant to be mixed, matched, and traded. Wal-Mart will also be carrying Bieber-branded OPI nail polish.
In other strange Bieber partnership news, the singer also had a baseball-themed acoustic version of his latest song “Never Say Never” with a tie-in to the World Series. In honor of the San Francisco Giants, we’ve provided the video above.
