Following the big news of the TomKat divorce, Katie Holmes dropped her publicist at Slate PR and went back to BWR Public Relations, the firm she worked with until shortly after her wedding to Tom Cruise. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Holmes has got Leslie Sloane repping her in New York and Nanci Ryder in Los Angeles. Cruise has got Amanda Lundberg at 42West representing him.

By the sound of the news coming out of the early part of these divorce proceedings, they can both use some skilled PR help. Scientology, which has already seen its fair share of bad press, could be an issue here. And there are custody issues.
