Ketchum CEO, Senior Partner and Council of PR Firms 2008-09 Chair Ray Kotcher sent a letter to Council of PR Firms members this week, in which he stated, “On the top line: Most firms were down in the first half compared to 2008, but, on the whole, most firm leaders think client budgets have seen the bottom. The new business pipelines for the majority of firms are at least as strong as they were a year ago, if not stronger.”

Kotcher’s statement is based off findings from the Council’s Q2 survey of 67 agencies. The full survey findings are available only to Council members, but can be found here.
