Ladies Head Outdoors With ‘Women’s Adventure’

What started as Dandelion in 2003 is now Women’s Adventure, the quarterly magazine for women between the ages of 20 and 80 looking for a few outdoor thrills. According to¬†assistant editor Jennifer Olson, it’s a magazine without “any real direct competitors,” so if you’ve got an pitch about nearly anything focused on the outdoorswoman — endurance, athletics, etc. — this is the place to turn.

In mediabistro.com’s latest “How to Pitch for PR” get even more info about how and who to pitch at Women’s Adventure. “If products and ideas are relevant, we want to (and will) include them,” Olson told us.
