Live Your Dream of Riding a Zamboni Tonight!

If you’ve ever dreamed of driving a Zamboni (and seriously, who hasn’t), tonight might be your lucky night.

To promote the Winter Film Festival, there will be tons of giveaways, drink specials, and social media happening at Bryant Park, NYC for “Social Media on Ice” starting at 6:30p.m.

The first 50 people who check-in tonight on Foursquare will get a free skate rental and small bag check. Check-ins can also earn you drink specials ($5 Tweetinis, y’all!), and one person, chosen at random can ride the Zamboni. There are also a bunch of other giveaways and tonight’s movie is Blades of Glory, Will Ferrell‘s figure skating contribution to the great tradition of cinéma vérité.

Quinn & Co. is helping with this effort. The Winter Film Festival wraps up next week with another ice skating classic, The Cutting Edge. You’ll definitely need a few drinks to make it through that one. Yikes.
