Lou Dobbs: My First Big Break

Lou Dobbs may be best known for his years as an anchor at CNN. Dobbs, the author of “Independents Day” and “War on the Middle Class,” is now with Fox Business Network. But like many in the TV news business, he got his start far from Midtown Manhattan. For Dobbs, it all began at a small radio and TV station in Yuma, Arizona — making $75 a week.

And now, almost 40 years later, Dobbs credits his days in Yuma for giving him his First Big Break.
