Martini Week is Here For the Next Two Weeks

Photo: Michael Toolan

Yesterday, Thrillist celebrated the official kick-off of the second annual Martini Week with a very happy hour event at The Kitchen NYC where bartenders mixed up all sorts of colorful martinis to taste and try.

(And another one of our event space recommendations — The Kitchen NYC features a big open kitchen and an intimate space for a mid-sized get together. Check it out.)

Martini Week takes place from April 4th to 17th, which, yes, is two weeks, but, no, we’re not complaining. Sixteen bars are participating, each offering a special take on the classic, such as the Rayuela G Cocktail Martini. We’ve attached the recipe after the jump if you’re a DIYer. For the rest of us, cocktails will cost around $11 during the big celebration and will be available at the participating restaurants and lounges from 5:30 to 8:30 (p.m., of course). So it’s happy hour every day.
