MS&L Group Continues to Rebuild Healthcare Practice

As PRNewser previously reported, a number of healthcare PR executives have left Publicis-owned MS&L Group in recent months, including MaryEllen O’Donohue, who launched the agency’s healthcare media relations practice and Monique da Silva, who served as Global Healthcare Director.

Now, the agency has announced many new hires as it rebuilds its team. Here are the highlights:

Ellena Friedman joined as a senior vice president, director of the healthcare and life sciences practice and deputy managing director in Boston. Previously, Friedman was a senior vice president at Feinstein Kean Healthcare.

Christine Abbott joined as a senior vice president, healthcare in the New York office. She was previously vice president of the healthcare practice at Marina Maher Communications.

Trine Hindklev joined as senior vice president, media relations. Previously, Hindklev oversaw the media relations network at Chandler Chicco Agency.

Jeff Young joined as vice president, editorial services for the healthcare practice. He comes from Burson-Marsteller.

Finally, Anita Manning joined as a senior strategist. She was reviously a reporter for USA Today.

In mid-April, MS&L Group hired longtime CNBC correspondent Mike Huckman as senior vice president and director of media strategy.
