Nasdaq SVP Corp. Comm. Bethany Sherman Joins Dow Jones as Chief Communications Officer

Bethany B. Sherman has joined Dow Jones & Company as chief communications officer, the company said today.

“This is a new position,” said Howard Hoffman, Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Dow Jones and Co. in an interview with PRNewser. Sherman will report to Dow Jones CEO Les Hinton. She begins March 29.

Previously, Sherman worked at The Nasdaq OMX Group, Inc. where she was senior vice president for corporate communications over the past eight years.
