Can we all move on now? Maybe. While you were out enjoying the lovely spring weekend, talks between Microsoft and Yahoo! broke down, with Yahoo! supposedly walking after Microsoft refused to meet their $37 a share demands.

Yahoo! stock is already down in early trading today. Our buddy Jack Flack over at Portfolio "translated" the final letter from Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer to Yahoo! CEO Jerry Yang. It's worth a read.

Clearly, Yahoo! will be working harder in the spin department as Yang will have to prove to shareholders the company is worth what he thinks it is. Already, it seems, many don't have the patience to stick it out.

The Wall Street Journal's Kara Swisher has gathered some telling quotes from Yahoo! execs, including, "I need some Prozac."
