Next Fifteen Acquires M Booth & Associates
Holding company Next Fifteen today announced its acquisition of New York-based M Booth & Associates, a consumer focused agency. The move comes on the heels of Next Fifteen’s recent acquisition of UK-based consumer shop Lexis Public Relations. A press release stated that both agencies will “work together to create a new global consumer public relations brand.” Next Fifteen already owns agencies Text 100, BitePR and Outcast Communications.
“Recessions are times when you find out which agencies have a future. In M Booth we see an agency that has tremendous ambition and sees this economy as a chance to prove to clients the difference great PR can make to the brand and their bottom line,” said Tim Dyson, CEO of Next Fifteen in a statement. M Booth clients include Pfizer, Ben & Jerry’s, Yahoo! Travel, the U.S. Virgin Islands Dept. of Tourism, JCPenny and Columbia University Medical Center.
