Paris Hilton’s response (4,000+ Diggs and counting) to John McCain’s celebrity ad is guaranteed to light up in-boxes across America tomorrow, because, well, it’s “totally hot”.

Rather than sit back and let surrogates wail on Obama and House Democrats all the way to the convention for being against offshore drilling, the McCain camp is quite busy trying to make something of the tire gauge thing, and the Hilton thing. Spokesman Tucker Bounds is trying to make hay with both by responding.
