As expected, the 33 rescued Chilean miners are attracting tons of attention (and cash) from broadcast outlets wanting to talk about their ordeal. TVNewser reports on the licensing fees paid by ABC and NBC for footage of three of the miners – “Super” Mario Sepulveda, Carlos Barrios, and Victor Zamora. Obviously, the media plan is being put to good use.
