Publicis Acquires UK Digital Firm Holler

Publicis Groupe has acquired the London-based digital and social media agency Holler. The brand will become part of the Leo Burnett Group in the UK.

Holler was founded in 2001 and its clients include Channel 4 and Red Bull. Founder partners James Kirkham (also managing partner) and Will Pyne (also executive creative director), and Simon Hankin, joint managing partner will continue to manage the firm.

Digital was one of the highlights of Publicis’ recent earnings announcement.
