Roll Call: Ogilvy, Sen. Harry Reid’s Office, & Stanton
Ogilvy PR has added four execs to its staff. Pam Montagno is a VP and healthcare specialist who joins from Global Perspective, a healthcare and tech firm, where she was president of communication. Jenny Braga joins as a VP from GolinHarris, where she was also a VP working with clients like Dow Microbial Control and McDonald’s. She’s bringing tech experience to the firm. Nicole Schoenberg is now a VP at Ogilvy as well. She joins from Fleishman-Hillard, where she was a VP in the financial comms practice working with clients like Aviva USA. And Maury Postal is now part of Ogilvy’s 360° Digital Influence as digital experience director. He comes from Young & Rubicam where he was an integrated platform specialist.
Jon Summers, the spokesperson for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, is stepping down. He is taking a job with D.C. consulting firm GMMB. He is the latest staffer to step down following changes to Sen. Reid’s press team that linked it with that of Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY). [via Politico]
Stanton Communications has relocated to larger offices in Baltimore.
Daimler Trucks North America has added Dave Giroux in a newly-created position: director of PR and corporate communications, in charge of both internal and external relations for the company’s brands. He joins from Meritor, a car parts manufacturer. [via PRWeek]
