Roll Call: Romney Campaign, Kaplow, CBS Interactive

Mitt Romney has a new national security and foreign policy spokesperson: Richard Grenell, the director of comms and public diplomacy at the U.N. during the George W. Bush administration. Since then, he’s been a partner at Capitol Media Partners in Los Angeles. The firm says he will continue in that role while advising the Romney campaign.

Nadina Guglielmetti (right) has joined Kaplow as SVP of digital, social media, and consumer strategy. She’ll work with the MD and chief digital officer David Richeson to manage the KDrive practice group. She was previously the VP of digital strategies at Waggener Edstrom.

Rosabell Tao has been named SVP of comms for CBS Interactive, effective May 14. She’ll oversee all global internal and external communications activity for all digital brands including CBS.com, CBSNews.com, and GameSpot and collaborate with execs on brand initiatives. She previously had her own consulting practice and, before that, worked with MySpace as SVP of global corp comms and a number of PR firms.

Shine America, the company behind TV programs like The Biggest Loser, Tabatha Takes Over, and Shear Genius, has hired Joe Schlosser as SVP of comms, a new position at that company. He previously spent a decade with NBC Entertainment Television Publicity, most recently as SVP. [via]
