Rubenstein Pitches Lofts

Rubenstein Public Relations has been hired by developer Clipper Equity to develop a media relations program for BellTel Lofts, a 250-unit luxury residential building in downtown Brooklyn.

They’re certainly not cheap, but are in a prime location. The Times reports “a large two-bedroom with a terrace” in the building was sold for, “just under $1.5 million.”

MTV’s “The Real World” was going to be filmed at the lofts before they decided to move on to Red Hook.
