Toy maker JAKKS Pacific has hired Bender/Helper Impact for the launch of the company’s first ever boys’ action series Monsuno and the company’s line of toys and products tied to the Nickelodeon program Winx Club.

PRWeek reports that the Internal Revenue Service is looking for a firm to help with PR, advertising, and marketing. The five-year account has a budget of $15 million and among the firms in the running are Ogilvy PR, Weber Shandwick, and Porter Novelli. A decision will be made by April.

Grammy Awards party; fashion retailer Fresh Produce has hired the firm as U.S. AOR; the firm will launch the La Palestra wellness center in NYC’s Plaza Hotel in the spring; the firm will handle the “Start Over Smart: A Modern Divorce Expo,” also in New York; and the firm’s new branding group will work with Miami restauranteur Barton G, photographer and hotel designer Matthew Rolston, and Project Accessory contestant Eva Lorenzotti.
