The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Vollmer’s Austin, Dallas, and New York operations will be merged with Edelman. The firm will also establish a Houston hub, Edelman Southwest, which will serve Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Kansas. There will be 50 pros working out of the office with $9 million in annual revenue for the Texas region. continued…
