According to nearly two-thirds of PRNewser poll takers, this year’s Volkswagen ad won’t create more buzz than last year’s “The Force.” Today, many are declaring the car ads the overall winners of last night’s Super Bowl advertising showdown, though it looks like Acura, Honda, and Chrysler, which used Clint Eastwood’s famous rasp to send its emotional message about a strong Detroit, are getting special top honors.

Mashable hosted its invite-only Mashable Connect conference last Thursday through Saturday (at Disney World in Florida!), with execs across media, digital technology, and communications in attendance.
Earlier this month, the new Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide network released the results of its 202020 VISION survey of pharmaceutical executives from around the world. Based on that report, Ogilvy’s Rohit Bhargava, a founding member of the firm’s 360 Digital Influence group, pulled together seven healthcare predictions for 2020, which will have an impact on the healthcare PR practice of the future.
