You’re the Only One Not on Vacation Right Now

Inkhouse, a boutique PR and social media agency, crunched some numbers with client Crowdtap to get a sense of when people will be vacationing this summer.

After polling 1,013 consumers between the ages of 13 and 75 (31 was the average age), the firm found that people will be shutting down most of the summer, so there’s no point doing any work. Continue drinking at your desk while listening to Pandora.

We joke. Actually, there were some time periods that were more popular than others, like this week (18 percent said they’d be on vacation) and July 25 (11 percent said they’d be off). The best week for trying to reach audiences will be August 22, when only four percent said they’d be on holiday.
