‘Yes Men’ DVD Drops on April Fool’s Day

The DVD of the feature length film from the Yes Men will be available on, when else, April Fool’s Day. “The Yes Men Fix the World” DVD includes all the background on the duo’s 2004 PR stunt, when Yes Man Andy Bichlbaum posed as a Dow Chemical spokesman on BBC TV to apologize for the Bhopal, India catastrophe on its 20th anniversary. For $25 bucks you also get 80 minutes of extra footage and a copy of their fake “Dream Edition” of The New York Times.

When the movie came out last fall, Bichlbaum was busy punking the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for their stance on climate change. When the Chamber hit back in the court of law, the Electronic Frontier Foundation took up their case pro-bono. More about that here.
