Gatehouse/CNC has 126 papers or so in New England , my stories have appeared in dozens of them, but I primarily write for Malden, Winchester and Stoneham

Fifteen years ago The Woburn Advocate was the primary CNC paper I wrote for...but times change when you move from Woburn to Medford!

I can't even remember all the papers/magazines I have written for: Bill Taylor's Musician's, The Beat, New England Entertainment Digest, Rockwatch, Preview, Outlet in the U.K., Discords, Ffanzeen, Discoveries, Goldmine, the Boston Phoenix Band Guide (I was one of the first contributors), The Real Paper, Medialine/ Replication News, Metronome, on and on it goes...

Joeviglione.com has more information about my more than three decades as the owner of an independent record label (established in 1976) and my experience in record production, licensing, marketing and publishing.

From issuing the first solo 45 RPM by Maureen Tucker of The Velvet Underground to signing Willie "Loco"Alexander of The Velvet Underground to New Rose/RCA Records in 1980 and directing/producing rock & roll hall of fame artist Marty Balin's first solo DVD for Music Video Distributors in 2009, consistency is a key aspect of my resume. With four of my own albums as a composer/singer/musician released in Europe in the 1970s and 1980s as well as the representation of Rolling Stones/Blind Faith producer Jimmy Miller and my position as producer at a top rated radio program on 93.7 FM (1991-1993) this resume provides some of the tapestry of an innovative and intuitive man who is well versed in many aspects of intellectual property.

Holding positions as program director of WNSH AM 1570 (1992) and AM 1670 (2000) along with broadcasting interviews on 740 AM WJIB, this writer is as comfortable behind a microphone as he is at the keyboard or in front of a camera.

As Director of Market Research for a national TV corporation which produced PBS specials for actor Paul Sorvino and mezzo soprano Marilyn Horne - working with the CEO on scripts and business plans - there is a depth to my work which is hard to describe in two resume pages.

As a staunch defender of the First Amendment regarding public access TV issues the Honorable Judge LaMothe called me "Logical" on January 7, 2009 while awarding me two victories which serve my community. Many positive quotes, in addition to Judge LaMothe's, are available upon request.

I am a producer of audio, visual and text content and currently am writing a number of books and developing a motion picture film called "The Salt Water Summers" with an accompanying movie soundtrack and short story anthology, all with the same title.
