Prior to joining Sesame Workshop, Lewis was a consultant for new media, marketing and business development, advising start-up companies on executing partnership and distribution deals, audience development, community management, and search engine optimization. Lewis has also held the position of General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development for Wikia, Inc., where he negotiated and executed on partnerships with the Washington Post, Twitter, Reuters, AccuWeather, and Digg. Prior to that, he was Co-Founder and General Manager at ArmchairGM.com, a user-generated media entity using wiki-based and custom community blogging software. Lewis earned his J.D. from Benjamin N.
