Facebook Marketing Join Cindy Ratzlaff, founder of Brand New Brand You, for a comprehensive discussion on growing your business through Facebook pages. She'll teach you how to use specific strategies when setting up your business page and how to expertly craft your call to action, determine the best ways to use and integrate apps for promotions, create a content calendar, and know what and when you should post.

Day 2:

Twitter for Social Media Marketing In this session, social media marketer and author Lauren Dugan will discuss how to use Twitter for engagement, research, customer service and promotion. You'll learn how to optimize your Twitter account, including how to set up your profile so you're targeting the right audience, how to create a Tweet schedule and maximize the impact of each 140-character message you send, while minimizing the time it takes to send them. She'll also show you the metrics and analytics you should be tracking to measure your efforts.
